Lubb and Naje have a similar age gap,although Lubb is clearly older than Kurome. As long as it is consensual I don't see a problem (except the fact that their relationship is bad overall and Wave is the worst bf.

It could be a side effect of their swords in addition to the drugs. From what i saw kurome was snacking way more often than her sister so the drugs did make it 'worse'. It could be a possible distraction from the swords bloodlusting.. or totally an in-joke like anpan and milk on stakeouts.. darker than black had some ravenous characters. 2.
